Deposit policy
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking
Deposits are non-refundable
The total amount of your stay is payable upon your arrival
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 100% of full accommodation is payable
The maximum number of guests permitted is 4 adults + up to 2 children
Sorry: no pets allowed
Smoking is only permitted in the outside patio areas of the cottage
Breakage guarantee: a variable breakage guarantee (depending on length of stay) of minimum ZAR 5,000.00 will be placed as a “hold” on your credit card on the day of check-in to cover potential damage. This hold will be released within 24 hours of departure, provided no breakage or damage is recorded.
Occupation of Kelvin Cottage is at your own risk and the owners of the property, their agents and staff are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or goods.
